Where do you ship to?

Anywhere in the United States. At this time I am not doing International shipping.

Do you do local pick up?

Yes. If you are on Oahu I do local pick up. If you would like to arrange local pick up, email me and we can arrange the items in a separate bundle listing that will take off shipping costs.

Do you do Returns or Refunds?

Refund Policy: Refunds are store credit only. Refunds are offered only within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Anything over 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Your item:

  • Must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in.
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds are in Shop Credit Only.

*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

Items will only be replaced if they were defective or damaged upon delivery. You will need to send an email with photo proof, order slip and the customer name the items were ordered under.

Why is my order cancelled suddenly?

While this rarely happens, in the case of suspicious activity (ex: scam, multiple payment declines on customer end, etc.), the order may be cancelled to avoid malicious intent. You will not be charged for a cancelled order
